On June 28, 2013 Ambassador of Ukraine to the Hellenic Republic Volodymyr Shkurov hold the meeting with the Archbishop of Athens and All Greece Ieronymos II.

During the meeting the issues of Ukrainian-Greek cooperation in the humanitarian sphere, enhancing the cooperation between Ukraine and the OrthodoxChurches of Greece and the format of the participation of the Greek Orthodox Church in the celebrations on the occasion of the 1025th anniversary of the Baptism of Kievan Rus in Ukraine were discussed.
