Voting at polling stations abroad (as of 12.00)

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, as of 12:00 Kyiv time, 103 polling stations of 114 overall polling stations abroad have opened successfully, respective polling stations report.
Ukrainians in San Francisco will be the last to start voting, at 18:00 Kyiv time.
Voting continues. No emergencies occurred.
