On June 25, 2014 Ambassador of Ukraine to the Hellenic Republic H.E. Mr. Volodymyr Shkurov has held a meeting with the President of the Hellenic Centre of the International Theatre Institute (an international Theatre organization that works with the UNESCO), the famous Greek filmmaker and philanthropist Mr. Emmanouil Koutsourelis.

During the meeting were discussed the possibility of deepening Ukrainian-Greek cooperation in the sphere of culture, including theatre and cinema, as well prospects of conducting the Days of Ukrainian Cinema in Greece.

Mr. E.Koutsourelis also expressed his gratitude to the Ambassador of Ukraine for supporting his participation in the XVI International Festival of monodramy "Echo" (held in Kiev on June 12-16 this year) and informed on plans for a possible collaboration with the Ukrainian theatre groups.
