Welcome to the presentation of the Art project `Father of Hero`, which will be held on June 17, 2015 at the Cultural and Information Center of the Embassy of Ukraine  to the Hellenic Republic (Stephanou Delta Str, 2, Philothei, Athens).

The event is being organized by the Lviv National Art Gallery of  Voznytskiy.

The project presented videos, photos and materials from private archives of the families of heroes, who died in the area of Anti terror operation in eastern Ukraine. Young Ukrainian photographers – authors of 25 black and white photographs, that are presented within the project, tried to convey a wider audience to deep emotions, experiences of loss an interrupted the family code that caused by the death of a son or grandson.

The `Father of Hero` is a commemoration of the victims and expressing deep respect to their families.

Presentation of the project will take place with the direct participation of the Lviv National Art Gallery of Voznytskiy and volunteer organizations "Helping" (Ukraine).

In the framework of the presentation will also take place the opening ceremony of the exhibition of creative works of the International Action "Children of the world for the peace!", held in May 2015, in which an exchange of drawings between children of 15 countries was there. The initiator of the event is Ukraine PO `Voluntary movement of Bucovina` and `Lysychansk development promotion` Organizer of this international action in Athens is Ukrainian Cultural Heritage Support and Development Center "Trembita."
