On October 15, 2010, Ambassador of Ukraine to the Hellenic Republic Mr. Volodymyr Shkurov had a bilateral meeting with Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Hellenic Republic Mr. Spyros Kouvelis.

During the meeting the fifth meeting of the Intergovernmental Ukrainian-Greek joint working group on economic, industrial and scientific-technical cooperation, investment cooperation, cooperation in the development of renewable (green) energy, shipbuilding, and the opening of ferry between Ukrainian and the Greek cities of Odessa and Piraeus were discussed.
