On November 30 the Ukrainian delegation headed by the State Expert of Expert Group on Modernization Systems of Management and Financing of Science of Directorate of Science of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine Oksana Krukevych took part in the 46^th Meeting of the Board of Directors of the International Center for Black sea studies.

The participants discussed the Report of the ICBSS Director General on the main activities of the ICBSS since the last meeting of the Board of Directors, activities for the first semester of 2019, administrative and organizational issues. The paramount attention was paid to the situation with the ratification process of a new Article 24 of the BSEC Charter. Ukrainian side informed that the draft law on ratification was on the final stage.
