In his speech Ambassador V.Shkurov stressed on the problems of the water resourses over the world and Ukraine participation in the EU program International Decade for Action 'Water for Life'.

The representatives of the international political, scientific, governmental and non-governmental circles, that participated the conference,  have been informed about basis principles of the "National projects" of Ukraine in the framework of the international water cooperation.
