On the eve of the meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba and Greece Nikos Dendias, the Embassy of Ukraine in GR and the Honorary Consul of Ukraine in Crete held a joint Ukrainian-Greek culinary event within the framework of culinary diplomacy.
Gourmet dishes of Ukrainian cuisine - of course borsch, cabbage rolls with seafood, juicy lamb with Greek herbs, tender honey dessert - which, thanks to two super chefs Iurii Kovryzhenko and George Hatzopoulos, preserved Ukrainian authenticity, while subtly intertwined with Greek notes.
Among the guests of the event were the Vice-Governor of Crete, the Vice-Mayor of Heraklion, the President of the Local Association of Hoteliers, journalists, representatives of the Greek tourism industry.
The event was held with the assistance of the Honorary Consul of Ukraine in Patras Alexandros Angelopoulos at the Aldemar Royal Mare Hotel.
