This year, On May 18, we celebrate two dates - the Day of Remembrance of the Victims of the Genocide of the Crimean Tatar People and the World Vyshyvanka Day.
Just as 79 years ago, when the Soviet authorities exterminated and forcibly deported the indigenous population of the Crimean peninsula - the Crimean Tatars, the Russian clique is doing the same today on the territory of Ukraine.
But
the peoples of Ukraine, unconquered and free, continue their struggle against the Russian invaders in order to return peace to our homes and preserve our cultural identity and historical heritage.
Vyshyvanka today is not only about the identity of Ukraine, it is about our genetic code and the connection of many generations, our symbol of freedom, strength and courage.
Together we are invincible!
