Today, at the initiative of the Embassy of Ukraine to the Hellenic Republic, an online conference "Ukraine-Greece: preparation for the tourist season 2021" was held. This is the first event in a series of online economic diplomacy events planned by the Embassy, outlined as priorities in the work of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

In co-organized with the Hellenic-Ukrainian Chamber and Tourism and Promotion Department of Kyiv City State Administration more than 30 tour companies from Ukraine and Greece took part.

During the conference, the tourism potential of Ukraine was presented, views on the implementation of new approaches to the development of bilateral cooperation in the tourism industry, in particular in the context of COVID – 19 were exchanged.

In the scope of the celebration of the 200^th anniversary of the Greek Revolution in 2021, Greek tourists are invited to visit the historical and cultural sites of Ukraine, which are associated with this outstanding date.
