Аs a part of a visit of the Island Corfu Ambassador of Ukraine to the Hellenic Republic Volodymyr Shkurov held talks with the Governor of the Ionian Islands Mr. Spyridon Spyrou and the regional Vice-governor of Corfu Mr. Christos-Iraklis Skourtis.

During the talks sides discussed issues of the regional cooperation, development of the cooperation in the fields of culture and tourism.

During the working meetings on the same day with the Metropolitan of the Ionian Islands Nectarius (Greek Orthodox Church) and Metropolitan Ioannis (Greek Catholic Church) were discussed the issues of the intensification of contacts between the Churches of our states as well as on the recovery children from Ukraine on Corfu.

Ambassador V.Shkurov also addressed the businessmen and has given the interview to the local media.
