On November 13, 2013 in the framework of the Khmelnitskyi region delegation`s visit to the Hellenic Republic Ambassador of Ukraine V.Shkurov and Governor of the Khmelnytskyi Region V.Iadukha met with the Head of the European Commission Office in Greece L. Antanakopoulos, Head of the Attica Region I.Sgouros, as well as MPs of the Hellenic Republic, members of the parliamentary friendship group „Greece – Ukraine” L. Tsavdaridis, G.Psarianos and K.Koukoudimos.

During the meetings were discussed the issues of the European integration of Ukraine and strengthening of the regional cooperation between Ukraine and Greece.

Also sides emphasized that signing the Association Agreement and the Agreement on Free Trade zone between Ukraine and the EU during the summit of „Eastern Partnership” in Vilnius will allow to improve economic cooperation between Ukraine and Greece.
