On November 14, 2013 as part of the working visit to the Hellenic Republic the Khmelnitskyi region delegation`s  headed by the Governor V.Iadukha visited City of Rhodes (Rhodes Island).

During the stay on the Rhodes Island, the representatives of Ukraine and Greece presented the investment and export potential of both countries, held the bilateral meetings in an informal format, exchanged the views on further development of the field of regional cooperation.

In a solemn ceremony Governor of the Khmelnytskyi oblast V.Iadukha and Governor of the South Aegean Region Y.Macheridis signed the Agreement between Khmelnytsk Region State Administration (Ukraine) and the Administration of the Region of South Aegean (Hellenic Republic) on cooperation in trade-economic, scientific, technical and cultural spheres.

While the visit to the Rhodes Island Ukrainian delegation headed by Ambassador V.Shkurov has been received by the Metropolitan of the Aegean Region Kyryl.
