On December 6, 2013 the premises of the Municipality of Mandra hospitably opened its doors for the exhibition of modern art pictures „Kyiv Pechersk Lavra. Shrine of Ukraine”. Holding the event was made possible thanks to the fruitful cooperation of the Embassy of Ukraine to the Hellenic Republic and the National Kyiv-Pechersk Historical and Cultural Reserve, CEO of which   Mr. Lyubomyr Mykhaylyna participates the grand opening. 

The numerous visitors of the exhibition  have been acquainted with the images of the picturesque landscapes, caves temples and other buildings that make up the grand ensemble of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra.

While the event has been held a separate meeting between the Ambassador of Ukraine V.Shkurov, the National Kyiv-Pechersk Historical and Cultural Reserve`s CEO Mr. Lyubomyr Mykhaylyna and the Mayor of Mandra  Mr. G.Drikas. During the meeting the sides discussed issues of further development of the regional and cultural - humanitarian cooperation between Ukraine and Greece.
