On May 8, 2014 in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation CEC from 06.05.2014 № 484, took place the first meeting of the election commission of the foreign polling station 900016, formed at the Embassy of Ukraine to the HellenicRepublic.

During the meeting, commission members, led by its Head Mr. O.Ivaniv,  discussed a range of organizational issues of the election process, which included: schedule of the election commission`s work and duties of the commission`s members, the oath and the introduction of obligatory duties of the commissioners. Attendees also learned about the preparation of the polling station to polling day.

At the meeting it was agreed that the members of the election commission from the 12th of May (daily, from 10.00 to 20.00) at the Embassy of Ukraine to the HellenicRepublic (2, St. Delta Str, Philothei, 15237, Athens) will held a duty in the preparatory process for the election.

Please be informed, that inclusion to the list of voters is REQUIRED, because, under the current electoral legislation of Ukraine, including the voter lists on election day will not take place.
