On January 27, 2011 Ambassador of Ukraine to Hellenic Republic Mr. Volodymyr Shkurov met with the Chairman of Greek Political Parliamentary Party «People’s Orthodox Rally (LAOS)» Mr. George Karadzaferis.

During the meeting the current state and the prospects of bilateral Greek-Ukrainian inter-parliamentary cooperation, as well as cooperation in trade, economic and religious issues were discussed. The Sides exchanged information and views on recent developments in Ukraine and Greece, and stressed the historical and religious affinity of the Ukrainian and Greek peoples.
