On January 12, 2015, on the eve of New Year` holidays Malanka and Basyl, following the Ukrainian folk traditions, students of the Ukrainian Saturday schools in Greece "Trembita" and "Beregynia" and from children's church choir of Holy Trinity Church in Athens welcomed the staff of the Ukrainian Embassy with the New Year` carols and songs.

Ambassador of Ukraine in Greece H.E. Mr. Volodymyr Shkurov thanked the young actors, their parents and teachers for greetings, and stressed the importance of preserving native language and traditions among the Ukrainians abroad.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In gratitude for the excellent performance and on the occasion of New Year and Christmas, small Ukrainians received the Christmas gifts from the Embassy of Ukraine.
