On February 26, 2015 in the framework of the development the cultural and humanitarian cooperation between Ukraine and Greece, Ambassador of Ukraine H.E. Mr. Volodymyr Shkurov and CEO of the National Kyiv-Pechersk Historical and Cultural Reserve Mr. Liubomyr Myhaylyna held a several meetings at the leading museums of the Greek capital – Museum of the City of Athens, Epigraphic and Numismatic Museum and Byzantine Museum, as well as at the Department of Byzantine and post-Byzantine monuments of the Ministry of culture, education and religion of Greece.

In the course of the meeting was discussed the full range of issues on further development of cooperation between the National Kyiv-Pechersk Historical and Cultural Reserve and the Museums of Greece. Have been reached the preliminary agreements of the organizing the joint exhibitions in Ukraine and Greece, cultural exchanges, conferences, lectures etc.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It is scheduled that on February 27, 2015 at the Embassy of Ukraine in Athens, under the auspices of the Greek National Commission for UNESCO, will be hold the ceremony of the signing the Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation between National Kyiv-Pechersk Historical and Cultural Preserve (Ukraine) and Geo Routes Cultural Institute (Greece).
