On July 1, 2012, the Embassy of Ukraine to the Hellenic Republic organized for representatives of the diplomatic corps, including those from embassies in Greece of the European countries whose national football teams took part in the Euro 2012, a viewing of the final match of the 2012 UEFA Championship.
This friendly international event was held in the cozy atmosphere of the popular Athens Restaurant “Dimarchia Dekatria”, owned by our countryman, Mr. Serhiy Sklovskiy.

While watching the match the fans applauded the Spanish and Italian finalists of the Tournament for their professional and artistic game, as well as the well-earned victory of the Spaniards.

During the half time break, a special prize drawing was conducted. The prize was a sports bike graciously donated by Mr. Gerasimos Bougas, who is the First Vice President of the Greek social organization “Hellenic-Ukrainian Chamber”. Mr. Bougas is a supporter of Ukraine and for many years has assisted the Ukrainian Embassy in realizing its diverse activities in the humanitarian sphere.
