On the occasion of the International Volunteer Day Ambassador of Ukraine Sergii Shutenko met with President of the Peace and Friendship Stadium Christina Tsiligkiri, Deputy Director-Coordinator Dimitrios Bardakas. 

We thank our friends for the opportunity to organize in the shortest possible time a hub for collection of so needed humanitarian aid for Ukraine. 

It is very symbolic that the hub is located in one of the Greek stadiums and has the name "Peace and Friendship".

We thank Iryna Bortnyk, Oleksandr Bortnyk, Fanis Karagiannis and the entire team of volunteers who have been helping to send humanitarian aid to our country 24/7 since the beginning of Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine.

Due to joint efforts, near 700 tons of aid amounting to more than 7 million euro were sent from the "Peace and Friendship" stadium to different parts of Ukraine.

Today, when the enemy continues its armed aggression against Ukrainians, we know that we have real friends! We thank everyone who helped and is helping!
