In the framework of the events dedicated to the anniversary of the full-scale invasion of Russia in Ukraine, the Embassy of Ukraine together with the Embassy of Italy and with the assistance of the Italian Cultural Institute held a cultural evening "Ukraine: a year with you" in Athens.
During the event, a musical performance of Ukrainian-Italian music were performed by soloist Andrii Koshman and pianist Stamatina Malikouti, and a screening of the documentary film "Kordon"
by Italian director Alice Tommassini.
The event combined elements of the Ukrainian past, reflected in musical classical and folklore works, and the present of Ukrainians, in particular in the context of the terrible consequences of Russian aggression during the first weeks after the Russian attack.
We are confident that the victory is ours and of the entire democratic world, which would be ensured through the constant support of our partners and their caring citizens.
